Epoxy Pipe Lining

Sewers and storm systems that are root infested, cracked or show minor offsets at connections along the pipe's path are typically good candidates for lining.
How it works...
Epoxy Liner The effected pipe is carefully cleaned or de-scaled of as much debris as possible. The damaged section of pipe is measured and a custom liner is fabricated on site. A felt-like material is sized to the internal dimensions of the pipe under repair. Length-wise through the material is an inflatable bladder. The felt-like material is wetted with our thermal-epoxy resins and the custom liner is inserted into the pipe's pathway. Once in position, the internal bladder is expanded to round the liner along its path. The liner for the most part will take the shape of the host (the original pipe) and allowed to harden. Once completely cured, the bladder is deflated and extracted. The result is essentially a new pipe within the old pipe. There is no noticeable loss of drainage capacity. Many times, no digging is required at all, depending on the specific situation.

Our thermal epoxy resin can be used on practically all drainage pipe materials and is impervious to acids and harsh chemicals. We commonly use lining to salvage complex drainage systems in hospitals, schools and industrial settings.

Lining is also becoming popular for remediation of potable water piping. It's a great alternative to incidental damage incurred by conventional re-piping of water lines. Walls, ceilings, tile and custom finishes are no longer threatened by demolition. It's a great alternative. Jobs go faster and that means savings.
